Salary: €34,000–€37,000 per year

What you will do
- Support customers via phone, email, WhatsApp, and mobile app.
- Identify customer needs and guide them through charging features and services.
- Document technical issues and feature requests in internal databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality and processes.
- Contribute to the overall mission of providing freedom to electric drivers.
Requirements
- Fluent in both Dutch and English
- Available to work at least 24 hours per week, including weekends
- Previous experience in customer service
- Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset
- Ability to follow processes while proactively suggesting improvements
Nice to have
- Experience with Zendesk
