What you will do

- Guide potential leads via email and chat to ensure a smooth transition into the service.
- Draft detailed reports based on provided client information.
- Prepare and draft legal language for written agreements to fit specific customer requirements.
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer success or a similar client-facing role.
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Experience working with diverse companies across various industries.
- Proficiency with modern web tools such as Google Docs.
