What you will do

• Represent the brand in retail stores and support partners with product launches, collections, brand corners, and promotional activities.
• Sell hirify.global products to B2B retailers and distributors in Serbia’s juvenile-products industry.
• Manage existing accounts and develop new leads and client partnerships.
• Maintain and expand the presence of Platinum, Gold, and Silver product ranges across the retail network.
• Train retail partners on hirify.global products and technologies.
• Collect market and competitive intelligence, including retail events and digital activities.

Requirements

• Previous successful sales experience, ideally in retail, luxury goods, sports, or toys.
• Understanding of premium-market dynamics and challenges.
• Fluent Serbian and comfortable spoken and written English.
• Proactive, creative, reliable, rigorous, and detail-oriented working style.
• Ability to work independently with strong organization and prioritization skills.
