What you will do

• Own product strategy for initiatives improving the daily experience of engineers, artists, and QA across the development ecosystem.
• Define KPI frameworks and dashboards to measure developer productivity, stability, and workflow efficiency.
• Partner with studios to document current-state workflows, identify friction points, and establish scalable standards for content creation.
• Translate ambiguous technical challenges into clear product requirements and actionable roadmaps for senior leadership.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment between Central Technology, studio engineering, production, and publishing stakeholders.
• Communicate initiative health, risks, and progress through executive-ready reporting and readouts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience analyzing development pipeline data and operational metrics.
• Background in ensuring cross-studio alignment on shared technologies, tooling standards, and workflow improvements.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical challenges into business context and actionable recommendations.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience working cross-functionally with engineering, production, and studio leadership.
