What you will do

• Analyze player behavior and KPIs to inform product decisions and live operations.
• Draft clear feature documentation and user flows for design and engineering teams.
• Execute seasonal content updates and in-game offers.
• Participate in A/B test setup and interpret results to optimize game performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners in UX, production, and engineering.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in product management or game production within the games industry.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to live game operations.
• Comfort working with data and analytics to drive decision-making.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Must be based in the US or Canada.
• Passion for games and understanding of player engagement drivers.
