Salary: $96,000–$142,000 CAD (Ontario) or $115,000–$160,000 USD (California)

What you will do

• Manage the full product lifecycle for new features and optimizations from concept to post-launch analysis.
• Author comprehensive product specifications, user stories, and wireframes for development teams.
• Partner with leadership to define and execute the product strategy and roadmap.
• Define and monitor core KPIs, utilizing a hypothesis-driven approach to design and execute A/B tests.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, art, and data science to balance business objectives and player experience.
• Translate community insights and market analysis into actionable product requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing mobile apps, web, or game development.
• Proven ability to concept new features and deconstruct competitive market landscapes.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a focus on data-informed decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
