What you will do
- Define the long-term strategic roadmap for Asphalt 9: Legends to align with commercial targets.
- Drive Live Operations strategy focusing on data-driven growth and operational efficiency.
- Manage the full lifecycle of monetization systems from conceptual design to optimization.
- Lead hypothesis-driven development using A/B testing and KPI forecasting.
- Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of excellence.
- Act as the primary business voice for the product to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in the gaming industry.
- Expertise in monetization strategies and Live Ops.
- Strong data analysis skills, including experience with A/B testing and KPI modeling.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model in Barcelona.
- Experience mentoring junior team members.
