What you will do

  • Lead cross-functional developer teams to take features and initiatives from concept to launch.
  • Apply a hypothesis-based analytical approach and conduct experimentation using core and domain-specific metrics.
  • Design product specifications and drive feature development to impact business performance.
  • Deliver detailed reporting on active experiments and game performance to create clear action plans.
  • Iterate on game design within a live environment, prioritizing feedback and pitching new solutions.
  • Advocate for customers and business goals while leading feature teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in live free-to-play video games.
  • Ability to deconstruct competing feature sets and analyze the market landscape.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills for interacting with senior management.
  • Proficiency in filtering qualitative and quantitative feedback into product requirements.
  • Passion for crafting compelling user experiences in the gaming industry.
  • Must be based in Austin, TX or the Bay Area, CA.

  • Experience specifically with casual and dice games.
