What you will do
- Lead cross-functional developer teams to take features and initiatives from concept to launch.
- Apply a hypothesis-based analytical approach and conduct experimentation using core and domain-specific metrics.
- Design product specifications and drive feature development to impact business performance.
- Deliver detailed reporting on active experiments and game performance to create clear action plans.
- Iterate on game design within a live environment, prioritizing feedback and pitching new solutions.
- Advocate for customers and business goals while leading feature teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in live free-to-play video games.
- Ability to deconstruct competing feature sets and analyze the market landscape.
- Strong written and oral communication skills for interacting with senior management.
- Proficiency in filtering qualitative and quantitative feedback into product requirements.
- Passion for crafting compelling user experiences in the gaming industry.
- Must be based in Austin, TX or the Bay Area, CA.
