Salary: $80,808 – $149,406 per year (based on $38.85 - $71.83 hourly)

What you will do

• Drive the Gaming for Everyone (G4E) community strategy to deliver measurable cultural and player impact.
• Establish and operationalize community health metrics using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Build and manage relationships with internal and external community leaders and influencers.
• Lead end-to-end execution of G4E programs and events across internal and external audiences.
• Develop communication strategies that amplify community voice and align stakeholders.
• Lead the implementation of governance models to drive consistency and accountability across communities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Expert knowledge of community engagement strategies and holistic architecture of digital forums and tools.
• Proven ability to influence others and drive decisions without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
