What you will do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems, motors, sensors, and production machinery.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Install, repair, and replace electrical components including drives, relays, and control panels.
• Support troubleshooting activities on PLC-controlled systems and industrial automation equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical schematics.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.

Requirements

• Technical diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or a related field.
• Must be able to work onsite in Frosinone, Italy.
• Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills on electrical and automation systems.
• Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motors, inverters, and PLC fundamentals.
• Availability to work night shifts, weekends, and on a continuous shift schedule.
• Basic knowledge of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
