What you will do

• Handle day-to-day maintenance issues including plumbing, lighting, and lock repairs.
• Perform daily walkarounds to ensure indoor and outdoor areas remain clean and safe.
• Execute preventative maintenance checks to identify and resolve potential issues early.
• Manage minor cosmetic fixes and painting tasks to keep the property in top condition.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized technical work.
• Monitor stock levels for tools, materials, and spare parts.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a maintenance role, preferably within the hospitality sector.
• Strong hands-on technical skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure.
• Fluent Italian language proficiency is required.
