What you will do

• Execute installation, commissioning, site acceptance testing (SAT), maintenance, and repair for assigned monitoring equipment
• Plan and coordinate field service activities with OEM and utility customers
• Provide on-site customer training and technical support
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimize system downtime
• Maintain service reports and documentation in line with company standards
• Manage local spare parts inventory and identify commercial opportunities for Sales

Requirements

• Proximity to Rho (Milan), Italy preferred
• Degree or diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in utilities, power, or electrical engineering; strong electromechanical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation
• Valid driver’s license
• Required languages: Italian, English, Portuguese
