What you will do

• Design and drive quality management and qualification strategies for SiC and GaN power modules.
• Implement international quality standards, including JEDEC, AEC-Q, and AQG 324.
• Lead customer support and complaint handling for power module quality issues using structured problem-solving.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, reliability, manufacturing, test) for failure analysis and root cause identification.
• Identify and address quality gaps within the product creation process.
• Manage reliability, yield, and FMEA data, and support the creation of PCNs.

Requirements

• PhD or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in power module technology and assembly processes.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor physics, specifically in the SiC/GaN domain.
• Expertise in quality standards such as AEC-Q101 and AQG 324.
• Fluent spoken and written English skills.
• Ability to travel within the EU (between 15% and 30% of the time).
