What you will do

• Develop technical solutions for modernization, retrofit, and lifecycle management of automated intralogistics systems.
• Analyze customer requirements and define solution concepts in collaboration with internal subject matter experts.
• Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial proposals, including scope definition and budget estimation.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across mechanical, electrical, software, and project management teams.
• Support Sales and Customer Service teams in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Ensure all solutions comply with company quality, safety, and process standards.

Requirements

• University degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.
• Experience in solution development, project engineering, or technical sales support within industrial automation or material handling.
• Understanding of automated systems, including mechanical, electrical, and control system concepts.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
