What you will do
- Resolve process-related production issues to minimize downtime and improve yield.
- Take accountability for manufacturing line performance regarding safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Implement lean tools to eliminate waste and optimize production flow.
- Develop technical reports, work instructions, and maintain technical documentation.
- Support automation projects for cost reduction and capacity expansion.
- Collaborate with product development teams for cost estimation and new product introductions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Management, or related Engineering field.
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, specifically with automatic assembly processes (e.g., pick & place, SCARA robots).
- Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial company.
- Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
Nice to have
- Understanding of Programmable Logic Control (PLC) systems.
- Familiarity with lean tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
