What you will do

  • Resolve process-related production issues to minimize downtime and improve yield.
  • Take accountability for manufacturing line performance regarding safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Implement lean tools to eliminate waste and optimize production flow.
  • Develop technical reports, work instructions, and maintain technical documentation.
  • Support automation projects for cost reduction and capacity expansion.
  • Collaborate with product development teams for cost estimation and new product introductions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Management, or related Engineering field.
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, specifically with automatic assembly processes (e.g., pick & place, SCARA robots).
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial company.
  • Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.

Nice to have

  • Understanding of Programmable Logic Control (PLC) systems.
  • Familiarity with lean tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
