What you will do

• Lead complex modernization projects including SAP S/4HANA upgrades and migrations to RISE with SAP.
• Transition manual operations to automated, self-healing workflows using Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement full-stack SAP observability, AIOps, and predictive alerts to ensure system health.
• Enforce architectural standards and ensure the scalability of high-availability enterprise systems.
• Integrate Secure by Design and Zero Trust principles across hybrid and cloud platforms.
• Drive alignment across technical and business stakeholders to bridge traditional IT and modern DevOps mindsets.

Requirements

• Must be based in Atlanta, GA
• Advanced expertise in SAP Basis and proven experience leading enterprise-level SAP S/4HANA initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) hosting SAP environments.
• Proficiency in automation tools (Ansible, Terraform) and scripting languages (Python, PowerShell).
• Solid understanding of Linux, containerization (Docker), and Kubernetes.
• Proven experience establishing end-to-end SAP observability using tools like Datadog, Dynatrace, or SAP Cloud ALM.
