What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic supply chain initiatives aligned with project and sales objectives.
• Identify, qualify, and manage strategic suppliers while building long-term partnerships.
• Lead commercial negotiations, deliver cost reductions, and optimize contractual terms.
• Support bids and proposals by evaluating supplier offers against technical and commercial criteria.
• Manage framework agreements, subcontracts, purchase orders, delivery commitments, and procurement governance.
• Monitor supplier performance, resolve delivery and quality issues, mitigate risks, and maintain accurate procurement data.

Requirements

• Proven experience in supply chain, procurement, and logistics.
• Experience in electrical procurement, particularly high-voltage equipment.
• Ability to assess supplier technical compliance for electrical RFQs, including ratings, certifications, and safety requirements.
• Track record of delivering procurement and logistics savings during bidding and project execution.
• Strong commercial negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Goal-oriented, resilient, independent, collaborative, and able to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
