What you will do

• Deliver and facilitate training programs using effective communication to drive knowledge and behavior change.
• Design and continuously improve training materials, including manuals, modules, and e-learning content.
• Analyze training needs and provide guidance on processes, tools, and best practices to business partners.
• Coordinate training plans, schedules, and logistics to ensure compliance and alignment with objectives.
• Prepare effectiveness analyses and reports by tracking data to inform business decisions.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 6+ years of experience in training, L&D, or instructional design.
• 2+ years of experience in designing and delivering training programs and instructional materials.
• 2+ years of experience in training program administration and scheduling.
• 2+ years of experience in assessing training needs and measuring effectiveness.
• 2+ years of experience utilizing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and reporting tools.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience in training, L&D, or instructional design.
• Experience developing e-learning content and digital learning solutions.
• Background in healthcare, medical device, or manufacturing organizations.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
