What you will do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical, data, and AI roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define roles and make final hiring decisions.
- Provide market insights on talent availability, timelines, and compensation.
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn and Boolean search techniques.
- Conduct structured interviews to assess competencies and cultural fit.
- Utilize recruitment data and metrics to optimize hiring processes and employer branding.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Tech recruitment (agency or in-house).
- Hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- Strong sourcing skills including LinkedIn and Boolean search.
- Experience in conducting structured interviews using the STAR method.
- English at B2 level or higher.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
