What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical, data, and AI roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define roles and make final hiring decisions.
• Provide market insights on talent availability, timelines, and compensation.
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn and Boolean search techniques.
• Conduct structured interviews to assess competencies and cultural fit.
• Utilize recruitment data and metrics to optimize hiring processes and employer branding.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Tech recruitment (agency or in-house).
• Hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Strong sourcing skills including LinkedIn and Boolean search.
• Experience in conducting structured interviews using the STAR method.
• English at B2 level or higher.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
