TL;DR

People Partner: Managing the full cycle of HR processes for assigned teams with an accent on employee engagement, organizational development, and corporate culture. Focus on building authentic relationships with leaders and employees, facilitating onboarding, and implementing initiatives to enhance team satisfaction and professional growth.

Location: Must be based in Cyprus, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Turkey, or Ukraine (Hybrid or Remote).

What you will do

  • Manage the full cycle of HR processes from recruitment to offboarding for assigned teams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders on organizational and HR matters.
  • Monitor and assess employee satisfaction levels and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to strengthen corporate culture and employer branding.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes and provide guidance to managers on HR procedures.
  • Collaborate with the L&D department to support professional development and soft skills training.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR or psychology.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or above.
  • Strong communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs and Sheets.
  • Proactive and collaborative approach to team initiatives.
  • Must be located in one of the following countries: Cyprus, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Turkey, or Ukraine.

Nice to have

  • Experience in managing small HR teams.
