People Partner for Global Tech Teams

📍 Poland - remote

Docplanner Group, the world’s largest healthcare platform connecting 24M patients with 280K doctors across 13 countries, is looking for a People Partner to support its global Tech and Product teams.

What you’ll do:
— Partner with Tech and Product leaders on strategic people topics
— Act as the key point of contact for managers and employees across the employee lifecycle
— Drive onboarding, engagement, development, and people experience initiatives
— Advise leaders on organizational design, performance, compensation, and talent strategies
— Participate in global People Experience projects and represent the needs of Tech teams
— Manage end-to-end people processes and support employees’ career development

What we’re looking for:
— Significant experience across core HR processes and as an HR Business Partner
— Strong background in organizational design, change management, and talent management
— Data-driven mindset and experience working with metrics and insights
— Fluent Polish and advanced English
— Experience partnering with Engineering teams is a plus
— Knowledge of labor law in Spain, Poland, Germany, or Italy and Spanish language skills are considered advantages
