📍 Location: Remote (Cyprus, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia)

An international IT group is looking for a Head of People Management to lead its People Partners team and drive the evolution of the HR function across a distributed organisation.

What you’ll be doing:
— Leading an international team of People Partners
— Scaling and continuously improving HR processes and systems
— Driving the implementation of a grading system
— Working with HR metrics and people analytics to support data-driven decisions
— Partnering with C-level leaders and training line managers on HR processes
— Strengthening employer brand and organisational effectiveness

What they’re looking for:
— Experience in a senior HR leadership role
— Experience managing HR teams with at least 15 direct reports in a fast-paced environment with 2,000+ employees
— Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and people analytics capabilities
— Previous experience in IT or a technology-focused environment is highly preferred
— Fluent English
— Russian or Ukrainian at C1 level or above
