What you will do

• Maintain and map IT processes in the company’s process management system (ARIS).
• Support IT governance work by designing and developing strategic IT documents and guidelines in Confluence.
• Assist with process design and optimization in an enterprise setting.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders to develop and roll out new or updated IT processes.
• Prepare and harmonize IT governance documents, policies, and templates.

Requirements

• Ongoing university studies in business informatics, computer science, industrial engineering, business administration, or a comparable field.
• Fundamental knowledge of BPMN (process modeling language) required.
• Strong analytical, structured, and independent working style with willingness to learn new topics.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic, international environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with process management systems such as ARIS, Visio, Signavio, or similar.
• Knowledge of governance standards/frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, or APQC.
• Knowledge of project management tools such as Confluence and Jira.
