What you will do

• Partner with senior leaders and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital innovation, process optimization, and business growth.
• Shape the IT demand portfolio by evaluating, structuring, and prioritizing business requirements.
• Own the end-to-end demand management process from idea generation and business case development through handover for implementation.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives and strategic IT projects with international cross-functional teams.
• Align business objectives with technology capabilities and develop sustainable, future-oriented solutions.
• Manage critical IT topics, escalations, and major incidents through proactive stakeholder engagement and communication.

Requirements

• Profound experience as an IT Business Partner, IT Consultant, Demand Manager, Business Relationship Manager, or in a comparable strategic IT role.
• Experience translating business needs into scalable technology solutions within complex international organizations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise applications, business processes, and IT architectures.
• Ability to engage confidently with senior executives and influence decisions across organizational levels.
• Experience leading digital transformation, process improvement, or business-driven IT initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
