Senior IC Test Development Engineer (Mixed-Signal ICs)

Location: Tempe, Arizona, United States; minimum four days per week onsite

What you will do

• Develop precision parametric measurement, dynamic signal analysis, and automated test system software for custom analog and mixed-signal ICs.
• Lead test system redesign and improvement projects, including planning schedules, labor, and equipment for manufacturing tests.
• Design, develop, and implement testing methods and equipment.
• Support test system and test application development as a subject matter expert.
• Compile test data and define improvements to equipment, procedures, manufacturing processes, and test requirements.
• Test, troubleshoot, and repair complex manufacturing-site issues while supporting characterization and manufacturing release.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree plus 4+ years of industry experience in integrated circuits test, design, or verification, or an advanced degree plus 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with IC testing, design, verification, and debug.
• Experience with mixed-signal testers; SPEA, Advantest, and LTX systems are preferred.
• Programming experience in C, C++, or a similar language.
• Understanding of design for testability implementation and strategies, with experience using laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, and DVMs.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required at hire and throughout employment; sponsorship is not available for this role.
