Salary: $103,200 – $154,800 USD

What you will do

• Lead and own test system redesign and improvement projects.
• Design, develop, and implement testing methods and equipment for manufacturing.
• Plan labor, schedules, and equipment requirements for testing standard and special devices.
• Support new test system and application development as a subject matter expert.
• Compile data to define changes in testing equipment, procedures, and manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex manufacturing site issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of industry experience in IC test, design, or verification (or advanced degree with 2+ years).
• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
• Ability to work onsite in Tempe, Arizona at least 4 days per week.
• Proficiency in C, C++, or similar programming languages.
• Experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, and DVMs.
• Strong communication skills for working with cross-functional design teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with mixed-signal testers (SPEA, Advantest, LTX).
• Understanding of Design for Testability (DFT) strategies.
• Experience with ultra-low power ASIC testing.
• Leadership and mentorship experience.
• Background in yield improvement, cost reduction, and quality control.
