What you will do

• Develop and lead test technology and process solutions for new product designs and scalable semiconductor manufacturing.
• Optimize materials, equipment metrology, process parameters, repair methodologies, and manufacturing techniques.
• Design and implement production testing strategies in collaboration with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional engineering teams.
• Improve process and equipment performance, yield, efficiency, and manufacturability.
• Test and characterize analog circuits for power and thermal performance, including thermal profiling and production recipe tuning.
• Calibrate power delivery for power and performance binning, and perform ATE and bench device characterization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, materials science, or a related STEM field with 4+ years of industry experience; alternatively, a master’s degree with 3+ years of experience or a Ph.D.
• Working knowledge of RF laboratory equipment, including mixed-signal equipment, spectrum analyzers, signal analyzers, signal generators, VNAs, and TDRs.
• Experience in ATE testing, test methodology, electronics design, IC testing, product development, or semiconductor manufacturing process improvement.
• Technical knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment, including problem-solving and excursion management.
• This position is on-site in Phoenix, Arizona, United States.

• Experience with digital, analog, mixed-signal, and high-speed testing or tester hardware design.
• Experience with material handling systems, motion control, vision systems, or automated test equipment collateral.
• Programming experience in Python, MATLAB, or LabVIEW.
• Experience troubleshooting complex manufacturing process and equipment challenges.
