What you will do

• Own the cost-entitlement roadmap and deliver wafer-sort yield, final-test yield, test-cost, and cost-of-build metrics.
• Lead new product introduction and legacy-product sustaining activities across fab, assembly, and test operations.
• Investigate yield excursions, customer RMAs, and post-RMA root causes using electrical and physical failure analysis.
• Drive cost reduction through burn-in optimization, manufacturing-flow improvements, test-time reduction, and yield enhancement.
• Develop automated data-analysis reports and modify or develop production ATE software and low-level automation code.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution with program management, quality, design, firmware, fab, assembly, and factory test teams.

Requirements

• BSEE and more than 15 years of product or test engineering experience in digital, analog/mixed-signal, or RF environments.
• Hands-on experience with multiple ATE platforms, including V93K, UltraFlex, iFlex, ETS800, ETS364, and similar systems.
• Proficiency in C, C++, Python, and/or Java, with the ability to modify and develop production ATE software.
• Strong statistics, data-analysis, communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across multiple development and factory sites.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a global team environment.

Nice to have

• Programming experience with Perl or Python for test automation.
• Knowledge of DfT strategies, test methods, and test instrumentation requirements.
