What you will do

• Lead and manage the Innovation & Development team as a member of the Gaggia Management Team.
• Direct the end-to-end product development process from concept design to launch and lifecycle management.
• Coordinate project resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure strategic roadmap execution.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Ensure product quality, compliance with regulatory standards, and adherence to internal QMS processes.
• Act as the primary technical interface for commercial partners and external certification bodies.

Requirements

• Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an Innovation & Development leadership role.
• Native-level Italian and fluent English communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of mechanical engineering, fluid dynamics, and embedded product development.
• Experience with regulatory requirements, electrical safety, and certification processes.
• Strong project management and quality process management capabilities.
