What you will do

• Conduct cooking tests on ovens, prototypes, and devices, preparing samples and collecting data according to internal procedures.
• Evaluate cooking performance using objective parameters and the physical and sensory properties of food.
• Support product development and validation activities, including analysis and resolution of cooking quality issues.
• Manage and update the cooking standards database to ensure accurate recording and traceability of results.
• Execute, validate, and improve existing standards and contribute to creating new standards through experimental activities.
• Organize panel tests, prepare test kits, and document results.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Food Science and Technology.
• Graduate profile with 0–1 years of experience.
• Precise, methodical, and structured approach to work.
• Practical and experimental mindset, with curiosity about cooking technology and cooking devices.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and Research Technology teams.
