What you will do

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of mechanical engineers.
• Manage project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Review technical documentation, including TSD, TCC, and vendor documents.
• Oversee workload distribution and resource allocation across projects.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and professional growth of team members.
• Develop internal guidelines, specifications, and engineering standards.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience as an E&P engineer in an EPC contractor environment.
• 3+ years of experience in a team lead or group leader role.
• Solid knowledge of Waste-to-Energy plant processes and equipment.
• Proven ability to manage 3rd party designed equipment and packages.
• English proficiency required (CV must be submitted in English).
