Account Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid work with a balance between office days and working from home; office located in Leuven, Belgium.

What you will do

• Manage and grow existing client accounts in Belgium.
• Achieve annual and quarterly recurring revenue targets.
• Provide strategic advice, use solution selling, maximize upsell opportunities, and promote new products.
• Maintain accurate reporting and pipeline forecasts.
• Develop account management reports and share insights with stakeholders.
• Organize recurring meetings and gather market, customer, and competitor insights.

Requirements

• Previous experience in account management, customer success, or direct sales of complex B2B solutions.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and French are required.
• Solution-oriented, proactive, and able to build trust quickly.
• Ability to collaborate across sales, legal, customer success, and other departments.
• Resilience under pressure and strong prioritization skills.
