What you will do
- Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying new opportunities.
- Achieve Annual and Quarterly Recurring Revenue (ARR) Targets.
- Provide strategic advice to existing clients and promote new products.
- Ensure accurate reporting and pipeline forecasting.
- Organize recurring meetings and maintain follow-up on projects.
- Gather and share market insights to refine approaches.
Requirements
- Previous experience in account management, customer success, or direct sales of complex B2B solutions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and French (English is a bonus).
- Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
- Collaborative approach and ability to work across departments.
- Resilient under pressure with effective prioritization skills.
