Location: Must be based in New York (midtown Manhattan) and willing to work in-office 3x/week.
Salary: $130,000–$150,000 base salary + uncapped commission.

What you will do
- Own and exceed revenue targets by sourcing and closing complex enterprise deals.
- Execute the US enterprise sales strategy across institutional CRE firms.
- Design and implement personal sales methodologies and replicable playbooks.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to shape roadmap direction and demonstrate ROI.
- Contribute to pricing, packaging, and long-term US expansion strategy.
- Turn customer wins into strategic marketing assets and case studies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience.
- Consistent overperformance as a full-cycle Account Executive at early- to growth-stage B2B SaaS companies.
- Experience selling complex, technical products such as AI/ML, deeptech, or fintech.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders.
- Must be based in New York and willing to work in-office 3x/week.
- Consultative, solution-selling mindset with rapid iteration skills.

- Venture-backed startup experience through multiple funding rounds.
- Experience contributing to GTM strategy in scaling environments.
- Advanced CRM and sales automation expertise, specifically HubSpot.
