What you will do

• Define and deliver the global HR tech roadmap and backlog driven by Workday.
• Act as the primary interface between HR and IT stakeholders.
• Lead Workday releases, enhancements, and continuous system improvements.
• Drive simplification, standardization, and automation of end-to-end HR processes.
• Manage external vendors, integrations, and align across technical teams.
• Guide and develop an application manager to ensure strong execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner in HR technology.
• Strong, hands-on experience with Workday HCM.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience with senior leadership.
• Ability to translate business strategy into scalable system solutions.
• Data-driven mindset with a structured approach to prioritization.
