What you will do
- Define and execute the product vision for billing, invoicing, and financial operations infrastructure.
- Own the roadmap for support automation to reduce manual effort and scale resolution quality.
- Partner with engineering, finance, and operations teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Use data and KPIs to identify workflow inefficiencies and guide feature prioritization.
- Gather continuous feedback from internal stakeholders and clients to refine product performance.
- Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure fast, high-quality product launches.
Requirements
- 5 to 7+ years of product management experience in B2B, ideally within SaaS or platform-heavy products.
- Fintech background or strong experience with billing, invoicing, or financial systems is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes.
- Data-first mindset with comfort owning KPIs and complex decision-making.
- Hands-on operator with a bias for action and high ownership.
- Familiarity with support automation tools like Zendesk or Forethought is a plus.
