What you will do

• Co-own QA delivery across 3–5 parallel Salesforce projects of varying complexity.
• Enhance Salesforce QA processes, standards, and best practices to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with commercial stakeholders to align QA activities with project timelines and expectations.
• Oversee test automation strategy and integration using tools like Testim or Provar.
• Manage QA reporting and dashboards in Jira to track progress, risks, and release readiness.
• Coach team members on Salesforce QA standards and drive accountability within the function.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Bristol, UK.
• Must have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided).
• Strong experience in Salesforce QA, specifically within Service Cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configurations, Flows, and CTI integrations like Amazon Connect.
• Proven ability to build test strategies and implement QA processes in complex environments.
• Strong proficiency in Jira for dashboard creation and multi-project reporting.

Nice to have

• Experience with test automation frameworks such as Provar or Testim.
• Background in financial services or investment platforms.
