What you will do

• Lead and mentor a global team of QA analysts specializing in KYC, transaction monitoring, and risk controls.
• Design and continuously enhance a comprehensive operations QA framework covering the end-to-end customer lifecycle.
• Oversee monthly QA testing execution to ensure high productivity and accuracy across all operational functions.
• Identify operational risks, system limitations, and process gaps, providing actionable recommendations for remediation.
• Communicate QA outcomes and project progress clearly to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Drive global projects for operations excellence using data-driven analytics to support informed decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or Law.
• 8+ years of experience in financial services, fintech, or consulting with expertise in compliance, risk control, or auditing.
• Fluency in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) is required.
• Strong understanding of AML/CTF regulations, risk management controls, and industry practices.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and stakeholders in a fast-growing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Nice to have

• CAMS or AAMLP certification.
• Technical proficiency in data and analytics tools such as SQL and Looker.
