What you will do

• Define and drive the overarching test strategy across multiple portfolio initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards.
• Manage third-party vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with testing standards and coordinating multi-vendor activities.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of tests across multiple projects and suppliers.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to provide evidence-based views of quality, progress, and deployment readiness.
• Establish robust test governance frameworks to ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and mentor test managers and leads, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering complex and strategic testing programmes as a Senior Programme Test Manager or Head of Test.
• Extensive experience in managing large-scale testing projects and implementing test plans.
• In-depth knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC) and testing frameworks.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate matrixed teams of testers and engineers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience with vendors and internal teams.
• Ability to identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies for high-risk projects.
