• Partner with engineers, product managers, and designers to build quality into features from the design stage.

• Experiment with AI to implement intelligent test generation, failure analysis, and self-healing approaches.
• Mentor other engineers and foster a pragmatic quality culture across the organization.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar languages.
• Proven track record of building and improving automated testing in real-world production systems.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience applying AI for test generation, failure analysis, or test optimization.
• Legal authorization to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided).
