What you will do

  • Lead strategic work sessions with senior client stakeholders to drive loyalty and retention initiatives.
  • Develop robust business cases, strategic recommendations, and actionable roadmaps for customer-centric growth.
  • Orchestrate market research and data analysis to derive actionable Voice of Customer insights.
  • Design and optimize comprehensive loyalty programs and personalized engagement initiatives across the customer lifecycle.
  • Cultivate deep relationships with client executives, acting as a trusted advisor on CX and relationship management.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the firm's intellectual capital in loyalty strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive strategy or management consulting experience from a top-tier firm or Big 4.
  • Proven expertise in crafting customer, commercial, or marketing strategies with a focus on CLTV.
  • Strong understanding of loyalty program mechanics, segmentation, and personalization at scale.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms like Braze, Salesforce, or Adobe and marketing automation tools.
  • Exceptional executive-level writing, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to lead complex projects independently and influence senior stakeholders.
