What you will do

• Lead structured discovery engagements to assess SEO/GEO maturity, operating models, and competitive benchmarking.
• Develop multi-quarter strategic roadmaps and executive-ready recommendations aligned with measurable business outcomes.
• Design scalable SEO/GEO governance frameworks and cross-functional operating models to enable long-term adoption.
• Facilitate workshops, prioritization sessions, and executive briefings for Director and VP level stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure strategic continuity.
• Contribute to the evolution of internal consulting playbooks and delivery methodologies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in digital strategy, SEO/GEO consulting, or enterprise advisory within SaaS or MarTech environments.
• Proven experience translating discovery insights into actionable, executive-level strategic roadmaps.
• Demonstrated ability to design scalable operating models and governance frameworks.
• Strong expertise in SEO and GEO strategy, competitive analysis, and performance measurement.
• Exceptional facilitation, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
• German language proficiency is required for this EMEA-focused role.
