Salary: $56,000–$60,200 (Base), OTE: $80,000–$86,000

What you will do
- Own an enterprise book of business and proactively prospect to identify net new opportunities.
- Research target accounts to identify key decision makers and build personalized value propositions.
- Utilize social selling, intent data, and creative outreach methods to engage potential customers.
- Conduct needs calls and qualify opportunities for the Account Executive team.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities within Salesforce and SalesLoft.
- Partner cross-functionally to gain insights and support for territory planning.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of professional experience.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to influence multiple layers within organizations, including senior leadership.
- Strong communication skills with a value-based approach to selling complex technology.
Nice to have
- Experience in a sales role or as a corporate/agency recruiter.
- Familiarity with talent acquisition technology and applicant tracking systems.
- Experience with prospecting tools like SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, DemandBase, or Gong.
