Salary: $56,000–$60,200 (Base), OTE: $80,000–$86,000

What you will do

  • Own an enterprise book of business and proactively prospect to identify net new opportunities.
  • Research target accounts to identify key decision makers and build personalized value propositions.
  • Utilize social selling, intent data, and creative outreach methods to engage potential customers.
  • Conduct needs calls and qualify opportunities for the Account Executive team.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities within Salesforce and SalesLoft.
  • Partner cross-functionally to gain insights and support for territory planning.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of professional experience.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to influence multiple layers within organizations, including senior leadership.
  • Strong communication skills with a value-based approach to selling complex technology.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a sales role or as a corporate/agency recruiter.
  • Familiarity with talent acquisition technology and applicant tracking systems.
  • Experience with prospecting tools like SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, DemandBase, or Gong.
