TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the United States

Salary: $60,000 base + $16,000 bonus potential (OTE $76,000)

What you will do

  • Execute creative outbound prospecting strategies to engage stakeholders at large enterprise organizations.
  • Utilize cold calling, email, and LinkedIn to generate interest and meetings with procurement leaders.
  • Manage and refine sales messaging to optimize conversion rates.
  • Leverage modern sales tools including Apollo, Orum, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and enablement teams to develop advanced sales skills.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a high-velocity sales environment as an SDR/BDR.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a U.S.-based tech company.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Strong proficiency in cold calling and outbound sales techniques.
  • High emotional intelligence, resourcefulness, and a proactive, coachable mindset.
