Salary: $65K base + $25K commission target (OTE $90K).

What you will do
- Act as the first point of contact for inbound leads, ensuring a time-to-touch under 15 minutes.
- Conduct qualifying and discovery conversations to identify prospect pain points and map them to modules.
- Communicate value propositions and book qualified meetings for Account Executives.
- Manage persistent follow-ups with no-show leads across phone, email, and other channels.
- Partner with Marketing to optimize campaigns and maintain high lead quality.
- Own activity and pipeline metrics within Salesforce.
Requirements
- Must be able to work from the New York City or San Francisco office 3 days per week.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an energetic and personable approach.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage high volumes of inbound leads.
- Resilient, coachable, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Natural relationship builder capable of partnering effectively with sales and marketing teams.
