What you will do
- Coordinate communications between sales, presales, operations, and partners to ensure smooth business workflows.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and track XSP sales opportunities and pipeline progression.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth and upsell opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for internal business reviews.
- Support marketing campaigns, webinars, and partner enablement sessions.
- Assist in developing documentation and workflows for XSP business processes.
Requirements
- Must be based in Singapore.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- 0-1 year of professional experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
