What you will do
- Drive inbound and outbound pipeline for corporate ticketing offerings.
- Manage and close group ticket sales opportunities through the full sales cycle.
- Build and optimize outreach sequences and messaging to maximize conversion.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure accurate forecasting.
- Collaborate with Billing, Project Managers, and Sales teams to enhance commercial impact.
- Track and report key KPIs to iterate on performance data.
Requirements
- Must be based in Singapore
- Structured, analytical mindset with a data-driven approach.
- High attention to detail for CRM management and reporting.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and BI tools.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Self-starter capable of operating without a defined playbook.
Nice to have
- Prior experience with Salesforce.
- Exposure to sales ops, revenue ops, or business analysis.
- Familiarity with tools like Clay, Gong, or Lead Scouter.
