What you will do

  • Drive inbound and outbound pipeline for corporate ticketing offerings.
  • Manage and close group ticket sales opportunities through the full sales cycle.
  • Build and optimize outreach sequences and messaging to maximize conversion.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Collaborate with Billing, Project Managers, and Sales teams to enhance commercial impact.
  • Track and report key KPIs to iterate on performance data.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Singapore
  • Structured, analytical mindset with a data-driven approach.
  • High attention to detail for CRM management and reporting.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and BI tools.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Self-starter capable of operating without a defined playbook.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience with Salesforce.
  • Exposure to sales ops, revenue ops, or business analysis.
  • Familiarity with tools like Clay, Gong, or Lead Scouter.
