Location: Must be based in Vancouver, BC, Canada. This role follows an onsite work schedule of four days per week.

Salary: $91,510 – $180,562 CAD

What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of key initiatives powering hirify.global titles.
• Manage internal customer relationships and stakeholders with diverse business and technical needs.
• Partner with engineering leadership to align technical resources against strategic priorities.
• Drive execution across multiple concurrent initiatives, managing timelines, milestones, and risks.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple engineering teams, balancing competing priorities and technical dependencies.
• Represent engineering teams to customers and partners in high-level technical conversations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of project or program management experience in a technical environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment in ambiguous environments.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and M365 collaboration tools.
• Must be based in Vancouver, BC, Canada and able to work onsite four days per week.

Nice to have

• Scrum Master, PMP, or PRINCE2 qualification.
• Experience supporting internal platform or infrastructure teams.
• Experience coordinating migrations, service rollouts, or operational readiness activities.
