What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of senior Product Managers and Tax Technologists.
• Set the strategy and oversee roadmaps for SAP connectors, prioritizing initiatives by business value.
• Connect product strategy with complex customer and partner implementation workstreams.
• Align Engineering, Technical Program Management, partner teams, Support, and Strategic Partner Managers.
• Define and track KPIs, maintain leadership reporting, and communicate delivery outcomes and business value.
• Handle product-level customer escalations and incorporate implementation insights into product prioritization.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS product management, tax technology, or software integrations.
• 10+ years of experience in people leadership, including managing senior individual contributors.
• Deep knowledge of ERP ecosystems, including SAP, S/4HANA Public and Private Edition, ECC, and BTP.
• Experience owning product strategy, roadmap delivery, KPIs, revenue, adoption, and measurable business impact.
• Experience defining roles, decision-making frameworks such as RACI, and operating cadences for multidisciplinary teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business, Computer Science, or Finance.
