Location: Must be based in Europe with regular travel required.

What you will do

  • Design and execute the enterprise go-to-market strategy for the new OCP.AI platform.
  • Build and lead a global GTM team covering sales, customer success, and pre-sales.
  • Drive an up-market shift by orchestrating complex, multi-product workflows for large enterprise accounts.
  • Act as a senior consultative partner to C-level stakeholders to demonstrate the value of AI-enabled workflows.
  • Partner with Product and R&D teams to influence platform evolution based on customer feedback.
  • Represent the division at industry events and thought-leadership forums.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Europe with the ability to travel regularly.
  • Extensive experience in enterprise sales and GTM leadership, ideally within the AEC or construction technology ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of selling complex, multi-product solutions using a consultative, value-based approach.
  • Experience building and scaling high-performing GTM teams in a matrix or multi-brand environment.
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to set visions and personally close high-value deals.
  • English: C1 proficiency required; additional European languages are a plus.
