What you will do
- Scale the direct enterprise pipeline targeting Top 50 General Contractors and construction management firms across 8 strategic countries in SEA.
- Position and close multi-year Enterprise License Agreements (ELAs) for the Build portfolio, including Bluebeam and GoCanvas.
- Establish Build solutions as the industry standard for execution-phase digitization, DfMA/prefabrication, and QA/QC.
- Navigate complex multi-stakeholder deals and negotiate directly with C-suite executives at top-tier construction firms.
- Define the go-to-market strategy and build the blueprint for future direct sales teams in the region.
Requirements
- Proven track record of closing multi-million-dollar ELAs within construction tech, SaaS, or AEC software space.
- Deep understanding of the construction lifecycle, specifically site operations and mega-project dynamics.
- Ability to map software solutions directly to a contractor's bottom line.
- Must be able to operate and drive sales within the South East Asia (SEA) market.
