Enterprise Account Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Maintain and grow relationships with enterprise-level accounts to identify upsell opportunities.
• Manage daily customer queries and resolve issues by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews to provide data analysis and product optimization recommendations.
• Educate customers on product offerings to improve their experience and ensure proper expectation management.
• Identify root causes of issues and propose process improvements to enhance the customer journey.
• Ensure full compliance with regulations and contribute to a strong risk culture.

Requirements

• Must be based in Shanghai
• 3+ years of experience in a B2B customer-facing role within the financial or software industry.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and verbal).
• Strong ability to handle difficult conversations and manage customer expectations.
• Experience in the payment industry is a significant advantage.
• Ability to think laterally to provide proactive solutions rather than just answers.
